At Loha Creations , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order furniture, clearance items, or products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.


🚚 Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Return Pickup or Drop-off: You may need to ship the item back or schedule a pickup (depending on location and product type).

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to damage or our error.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Charges: Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Partial Refunds: May apply for used, incomplete, or damaged returns.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and a brief description.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
